Pulau Ubin and Changi in 2 days: island boardwalks and a coastal stay

Chek Jawa boardwalks, then return to the mainland

1. 01Leave bags at the hotel, then go to Changi Point Ferry Terminal beside Changi Village. It is a different location from Changi Airport.
2. 02Confirm service conditions and fares with the operator, then take a bumboat to Ubin. Allow waiting time before departure.
3. 03Arrange island vehicle transport or another suitable way to reach Chek Jawa. Stay on public boardwalks rather than stepping into the wetland.
4. 04Have lunch in the village and return to the mainland early in the afternoon. Do not extend the visit on the assumption of a late final boat.

The official Chek Jawa Wetlands Tour is suspended for pontoon works. This route uses public boardwalks independently and does not include that guided tour.

A Changi coastal morning and an unhurried checkout

1. 01After breakfast, walk a short open section of the Changi Point coast. Turn back and rest in the village if works or barriers restrict access.
2. 02Choose an easy out-and-back linked to your hotel rather than following every stretch shown in historical photos. This is a walk, not a swimming plan.
3. 03Return to check out and have lunch. Changi City or Laguna hotels require extra vehicle time to and from the coast.
4. 04Return to the city or continue to the airport in the afternoon. For a flight, prioritise the terminal arrival buffer and shorten the walk.

Separating island and departure days is a planning buffer, not a guaranteed connection. Match your own flight and transfer arrangements.
