Spend three days watching wildlife in Singapore’s north.
This two-night extension starts with two adults already in Singapore on the first morning. Visit the Zoo, Bird Paradise and River Wonders on separate days. A Mandai stay reduces transfers; an Orchard base offers more dinner choices. The last day ends back in the city, so a flight that evening needs a separate time buffer.
A proposed itinerary based on official tourism and property sources, not a firsthand review or live booking quote. Travel times are planning estimates. Suggested visit times are not opening hours. All times are local to Singapore.

Singapore Zoo: choose a few priorities

- 02Use the day’s map to choose three areas first. Link nearby sections and allow time to watch rather than rushing between animals.
- 03Protect time for lunch and shade. Check tram arrangements and shorten the walking circuit if needed.
- 04See one or two remaining areas in the afternoon, then return to the hotel. Keep Night Safari off this already full day.
Animals do not stay in fixed positions; a photograph does not promise the same individual or behaviour during your visit.
Bird Paradise: give birdwatching its own day

- 02Move slowly through open areas in the morning, watching colours and listening to calls while leaving paths clear.
- 03Choose one interpretation programme from the current timetable, allowing for lunch and any booking conditions.
- 04Spend a little longer in a favourite area, then head back. Feed birds only within an authorised staff-led activity.
This route uses the current Bird Paradise, not the former Jurong Bird Park. Check what each admission or activity product includes.
River Wonders, then back to the city

- 02Explore river-themed habitats at River Wonders. Allocate roughly two to three morning hours, adjusting to your interests.
- 03Treat a boat experience as optional after checking operation, height rules and charges. The main visit can stand on its own.
- 04After lunch, collect bags and return to the city. For an evening international flight, work backwards from the required airport arrival time and leave earlier.
Sheltered sections do not make the whole visit indoors. Weather alerts and facility notices take priority.

Why this route works
Choose a hotel around repeated transfers
Mandai and Orchard are different bases. The northern resort can reduce daily city transfers, but compare room and meal costs. An Orchard stay needs a transport allowance for three northern outings.
Three parks are enough for this route
A pass does not oblige you to visit everything it includes. Compare validity periods and date reservations, then leave time for observation and breaks.

Two adults share a room allocated at SGD 260 per night for two nights; meals are SGD 60 per day for three days. Adjust for the resort’s actual rate and any reduction in transfers.
