Phu Quoc in 4 days: a beach base and time to rest

Check in and enjoy your first evening on the west beach.

1. 01Assuming arrival at Phu Quoc Airport at 13:00–15:00. After entering the country and picking up your luggage, you will be transferred to the hotel vehicle or reserved vehicle.
2. 02From the airport to the south of Duong Dong and your accommodation in Long Beach, plan on taking about 15–30 minutes. Even in Long Beach, it varies depending on the hotel location.
3. 03After checking in around 16:00, relax at the hotel's swimming pool or beach. Check the on-site swimming zone and safety flags before entering the water.
4. 04Stay on the western beach around sunset. The dinner time should be set according to the sunset forecast for your travel date, and if there are a lot of clouds, schedule a convenient hotel meal time.
5. 05Have dinner near your accommodation. Instead of including the night market and southern performances on the day of arrival, we will rest for the next day.

Even if your reservation includes airport pick-up, please check if you need to provide your flight number and arrival time. Midnight arrivals may be outside free pickup operating hours.

Spend a day in the south, heading down to Hon Thom

1. 0108:00 After breakfast, depart south towards Antoine. Expect about 40–60 minutes to get from your accommodation south of Duong Dong to the cable car station.
2. 02Aim to visit Hon Thom cable car around 09:30. Check back the day before for the official schedule, mid-break, and last return service.
3. 03Enjoy lunch and optional activities at Hon Thom. Whether a water park, buffet, or other facilities are included depends on the type of ticket purchased.
4. 0415:00–16:00 Move at your leisure with the goal of returning to the main island around the time. Do not start your return right before your last trip.
5. 05After a late afternoon walk and early dinner in Sunset Town, return to your accommodation. Separate performances are added only when the day, start time, and ticket inclusion conditions are confirmed.

At the time of confirmation, Hon Thom's official page indicated operating hours from 09:30–17:00, along with possible changes. This does not mean that all facilities and cable cars will continue to operate in the meantime. Booking both the cable car and snorkeling boat tour on the same day will save you time and energy.

Rest in the morning and go to Duong Dong in the late afternoon.

1. 0108:00 After breakfast, the morning is reserved for either the beach, swimming pool, or reading. If you postpone your southern tour due to the weather on the second day, swap the two days.
2. 0212:00 Have lunch at the accommodation or go to a nearby restaurant. Take advantage of consecutive nights with no check-out and rest during the hottest hours.
3. 0315:30 Move towards Duong Dong and stop by a cafe or Boon Quoi restaurant. If you plan to eat dinner at a night market, limit your noodles to smaller meals.
4. 04Around 17:00, take a short walk around Dinh Cau. Coastal rocks and stairs are slippery when wet, so do not force your way down them.
5. 05After enjoying some food and shopping at Duong Dong Night Market, return to your accommodation. For seafood, check the weight, unit price, and cooking cost before ordering.

Duong Dong Night Market is a different place from the shopping and night scene area of Northern Grand World. Please check the location with Phu Quoc Night Market or Chợ đêm Phú Quốc in your vehicle destination.

The last morning was also spent at the hotel rather than at a new tourist attraction.

1. 0108:00 After breakfast, take a walk or unpack. We do not make reservations for boats or cable cars on the departure date.
2. 02Check with the hotel about check-out time and availability of luggage storage and shower facilities.
3. 03For international flights, the goal is to arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure, allowing for travel time from the hotel to the airport and additional time for vehicle waiting.
4. 04For example, if you have an international flight at 16:00, you can plan a departure around 12:00–12:15 depending on your hotel location, with the goal of arriving at the airport at 13:00.
5. 05If you are departing late at night, check the rate and availability of late check-out first, and if not possible, store your luggage and rest indoors nearby.

The route of going to the northern theme park and then coming down to the airport on the last morning does not fit this recreation itinerary. If northern facilities are the focus of your trip, it may be convenient to make a separate itinerary with accommodations in that area.
